Here, I'll tell you about my random encounters with music throughout the world.

Music is what I do. No question about it. I'm a music major at UK, a double in Tuba performance and Voice Ed, we'll see how it all pans out. However, I'm dead set on a career in music, mostly because I don't know what else I'd do. Actually, I love music alot, but I think it affects me alot differently than most people. Odd to say, I suppose, but I love it, in my own way.

I like anything I hear, unless I specifically say I don't like it. Like Hadyn symphonies. I've yet to find one that I like.

Here in North Karolina, not much goes on. Musicwise, me and my friends are about the only people in the entire state that enjoy REAL music (no offense to those of you also do...) They listen to that "rap" and that "pop", and I'm darn sure that most of them smoke the "pot" or "maryjhona" (whatever it may be.......) My friends and I, most of the ones on the list so far, like big band jazz, swing, and oldies. I think that oldies are the best music that one can listen to, even if it's a cover, or an a capella version. Music these days has degraded to a source of money. And Sex, I'm darn sure "musicians" get lots of that too.
